This game places you in an underground nightclub. In the nightclub, you need to play against a scary creature named The Dealer. There is a revolver placed in the center of the table, intensifying the stakes and the sense of danger. You and The Dealer's charges start with an equal number of defibrillator charges, which can revive you when shot with a live round. You need to strategically choose whether you shoot the Dealer or yourself, with rounds consisting of a mixture of live shells and blanks loaded at random by The Dealer. Note that your decision to shoot yourself with a blank grants you an additional turn, while shooting The Dealer depletes your defibrillator charges. If you lose in the final round, the game ends and you need to start over.

After recognizing the success of this indie game, the developer updated a new game mode on January 12th, 2024. It is Double or Nothing which can be accessed if you take optional pills at the start of the game. This game mode has a distinct gameplay which brings an interesting playing experience.
